Are you stepping into a new leadership role, moving into management, or taking on more responsibility? The PSA Emerging Leaders Program is a half-day session for the next generation of leaders in the seed industry. It takes place Sunday afternoon before the PSA Annual Convention, February 7–9, 2027, at the Eldorado Hotel in Santa Fe, NM.
 

You’ll get hands-on professional development, mentorship from past PSA presidents and industry veterans, and connections with peers facing the same challenges. You’ll leave with practical takeaways to apply right away.
 

PSA will award up to 10 scholarships. Each one covers the Emerging Leaders Program, full convention registration, and scheduled convention meals. Employees of any PSA member company are eligible, including associate members that supply products or services to the seed industry. There is no age limit. Priority goes to applicants early in their seed industry careers or within their first five years in a leadership role.
