Save The Date: PSA’s 2027 Annual Convention in Santa Fe
Join the Pacific Seed Association February 7–9, 2027, at the Eldorado Hotel & Spa in Santa Fe, New Mexico, for our 2027 Annual Convention.
The convention will bring together PSA members and seed industry professionals for education, networking, and conversations about the issues and opportunities shaping the western seed industry. Mark your calendar and make plans to connect with colleagues in a distinctive Southwestern setting.
Why Attend the PSA Annual Convention?
Professional connections and shared knowledge are at the heart of PSA’s annual gathering. The convention offers an opportunity to step away from day-to-day responsibilities, exchange perspectives with industry peers, and consider what lies ahead for the seed industry.
Whether you work in seed production, plant breeding, research, certification, company leadership, or industry services, we invite you to join the conversation. Our annual convention provides a setting to strengthen existing relationships, build new connections, and learn from the experience of others across the industry.
Program and speaker details will be shared as they become available.
Meet and Stay at the Eldorado Hotel & Spa
The Eldorado Hotel & Spa will serve as our convention venue, bringing meeting spaces, guest accommodations, dining, and gathering areas together in downtown Santa Fe. The hotel also offers an on-site spa, providing another option for attendees looking to unwind during their visit.
Staying at the convention hotel makes it convenient to participate in sessions and connect with colleagues between scheduled activities. Watch for PSA’s lodging information and reservation instructions before booking your stay.
Airline Discount in Development
To help attendees plan their travel, PSA is working on an airline discount code similar to the one offered last year. The discount is not yet confirmed, and we will share the code, booking instructions, and applicable terms once arrangements are finalized.
Experience Santa Fe Beyond the Convention
Santa Fe adds a memorable backdrop to our industry gathering. The Eldorado’s downtown location places attendees near restaurants, boutiques, galleries, and cultural attractions, with opportunities to explore the city on foot and continue conversations over a meal with colleagues.
For attendees age 21 and over, the official Santa Fe Margarita Trail offers an optional, self-guided local experience. Visitors can participate using a paper passport or mobile app to explore signature margaritas at participating locations. Please enjoy responsibly.
Whether you are interested in local cuisine, shopping, art, or simply spending time with industry friends, Santa Fe offers plenty to explore beyond the meeting room.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Support PSA’s 2027 Annual Convention while connecting your organization with seed industry professionals from across the region. Convention sponsorship provides an opportunity to demonstrate your commitment to industry education, collaboration, and professional connection.
We are developing sponsorship opportunities and will share available options, recognition benefits, and participation details as planning progresses. Whether your company is a longtime PSA supporter or interested in sponsoring for the first time, we welcome your interest.
Contact PSA to express your interest in sponsorship and discuss opportunities to support the convention.
